Ticket sales for concerts organized by Noda BCVS are handled by us; the events are listed here.
For all other events hosted at our venue, ticketing is managed directly by the organizers. Please refer to their websites for further details.
Ticket Office and Opening Hours
New Ticket Office Opening Hours
From 9 June 2026, the ticket office can be reached by phone from Tuesday to Thursday from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm, as well as on Wednesday mornings from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm.
The counter will be open on Wednesdays from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm, except on specific dates announced below.
Outside these opening hours, we will be happy to welcome you by appointment.

Gift vouchers
Give someone a Noda BCVS gift voucher (valid only for the ticket office) – affordable for every budget. An unforgettable experience to be shared. Gift vouchers are available year-round from our website and from the ticket office.

Subscriptions
«À la carte» subscription
An «À la carte» offer, from 6 to 16 concerts in the same category.
Subscription possible until 31.12.2026.
By choosing a "à la carte" subscription, you become an official Noda BCVS subscriber and may access a range of exclusive benefits, designed to enhance your experience through the season.
- Once you have subscribed, you can take advantage of the preferential price for the rest of the season. Please contact the ticket office to add dates to your subscription.
- «À la carte» subscribers can exchange tickets free of charge. (see Cancellation and ticket exchanges)
- A VIP invitation to the season launch press conference, to discover the programme (and resubscribe) before the general public.

How and where can I buy tickets, gift vouchers or take out a subscription?
Online:
- Tickets, subscriptions and gift vouchers are available at all times from our website or by e-mail to: ticketing@noda.ch.
From the ticket office:
- The ticket office is open on Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 12.30 p.m., except for exceptions communicated in advance on our website, as well as by appointment.
- The ticket office may be contacted by telephone on +41 27 563 70 71 (opening hours can be found at noda.ch/ticketing). If you require a callback, please leave a voicemail message.
Before the concerts:
- Staff are available on site and by telephone 1 hour before the concerts begin. In case of high demand, reservation requests for other dates will be processed at a later time.
Special Prices
- Most of our concerts can be accessed, subject to availability, by holders of the AG Culturel or the Pass Bienvenue. Reservation by e-mail or telephone.
- Students can buy tickets at CHF 20.– just before the start of the concert if they can provide proof of valid student status and subject to availability of seats, of course.
- Groups of at least 10 people buying tickets in the same category are entitled to a lower price. Contact the ticket office if you require any additional information in this regard.
- For reduced-rate tickets and subscriptions, proof of eligibility will be required in the event of a check. If proof cannot be provided or is out of date, the difference in price with the full rate must be paid.
Wheelchair Access
Places are available on the parterre for people in wheelchairs. Please contact us at least 72 hours in advance to be sure of availability. If you fail to do so, we may not be able to welcome you due to issues of space and safety.
Cancellation and ticket exchanges
- Tickets, subscriptions and gift vouchers are non-refundable except in cases of cancellation of the concert by Noda BCVS.
- Individual tickets can be exchanged against another concert from the season, subject to availability. An administrative fee of CHF 10 will be charged per concert (excluding the discovery subscription).
- «À la carte» subscribers can exchange tickets free of charge.
- Exchanges are only possible for 2026–27 season concerts. It is not permitted to postpone to a later season.
- Invitations cannot be exchanged.
